Booking Confirmation and Payment Methods
To confirm and finalize the booking and guarantee the availability of the selected accommodation for the chosen dates, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required.
N.B. In any case, EasyStayRome reserves the right to communicate within 48 hours any changes, modifications, or refusal of the reservation, immediately refunding the amount paid.
Valid credit card details will be requested to guarantee the booking conditions. In case of advance payment by credit card, no further guarantees will be required.
Cancellation Terms
You can cancel free of charge up to
14 days before arrival. Otherwise,
20% of the total amount will be charged.
Balance
The balance of the total amount will be required
upon arrival.
No currency exchange is available.
Tourist Tax
6 euros per day per person, free for children under 10 years old.
Useful Information
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
In any case, please inform us of your expected arrival time to better organize the check-in.
Any arrivals or departures at different times must be arranged in advance and confirmed by the property.
