• Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM
• No smoking inside the apartment.
• No pets allowed unless agreed in advance.
• No parties or events without prior approval.
• Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
• Please dispose of garbage properly and keep the apartment tidy.
• Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the apartment.
• Any damage or loss will be charged accordingly.
